Speaker Mastermind Curriculum


The Speaker Mastermind Program is built on a foundation curriculum of four training modules. For the Group Coaching Program, each Speaker's Mastermind Group call consists of 60 minutes of an in-depth dedicated Q & A coaching all with me in following weeks for homework and progress, for a total time of 10 hours together. These sessions are recorded and participants will get access to the recordings to use for future learning.

Between each weekly call, action steps will be provided, to maximize the best results for you to become a ‘Highly Successful Paid Speaker’. The actions you take each week between sessions will assist you to develop your own highly sought after speaker program.

· Creating a powerful sell-sheet

· Building content to get noticed

· Email templates to assist you to connect

· Building leads to create a flow of business

· How to pitch and get noticed

· The important functions of pricing & negotiating to gain more speaking opportunities including paid gigs

· The value of working with an Agent or Speaker bureau (e.g. how to choose an Agent or how to get noticed by a Speaker’s bureau)?

· Discover how best to authentically connect with the audience

· Learn how to structure a talk, while creating memorability and stage presence

· Understand how to sell on-stage (without seeming like you are!)

· Become a creative story teller while also showing vulnerability

· Create interactive activities

· Applying body language to deliver a powerful message

· Understand the importance of delivering excellence to exceed your audience’s expectations

· Review your speaker technical checklist


· What happens after the talk, ending convos

· Understanding the importance of follow up and how to do it effectively

· Learn how to upsell value

· Creating ongoing relationships with clients, audiences and establishing and maintaining your tribe

· How to receive and use feedback

· Leveraging social media, technology and automation to build a thought-leadership brand around your speaker brand and content (blogs, posts, videos, etc.)

Week 9: Q & A Homework & Group Coaching session
